This must be the worst fast food establishment on planet Earth. I’ve been there three times in the last month. The first two times I waited 20+ minutes for an order I placed ahead of time on my app it’s clear they did not start my order until I showed up. The third time I ordered ahead of time and when I got to the window they just told me they didn’t have nuggets and then I need to cancel via the app. Pretty useless. Locations on lemon and the location on Inwood are exceptionally better.

Never gives me the nacho cheese I always order/pay extra for.. why is it an MORE MONEY but I never get it.. in every Dallas location.I'm only leaving a review cause this has happened over ten times no joke... I LOVE MY NACHO CHEESE IF IM PAYING EXTRA JUST GIVE ME IT..IT CANNOT BE THAT HARD. I love my nacho cheese 🙄

My bean burrito was a flash back to the first green burrito I had at the brand new Taco Bell on Harbour Boulevard in Garden Grove, Orange County, Southern California! Except then they were only 19 cents! Now $1.99. Well, I was only making $1.70 at Sears! Give me a gallon of the green sauce, please.

Ordered a cantina quesadilla and got a cheese wrap instead! Literally no cuts just cheese and a few pieces of chicken thrown in there. also had to order a guacamole because the cantina quesadillas no longer come with it and I literally received a dollop of it! The food was cold and unable to consume! Not a happy customer
